Botox (Botulinum A) – fine lines and wrinkles

Botulinum, commonly known as Botox®, is a trusted way of treating and preventing wrinkles on the face and neck. By smoothing out fine lines, it is an easy way to make you look more youthful. These products have excellent safety records and the effects last approximately 3 months.

Areas suitable for treatment
  • Brow lines

  • Frown lines

  • Crow’s feet

  • Bunny lines

  • Necklines

Does it hurt?

By using a very tiny needle to deliver a quantity of Botox means that the discomfort should be kept to a minimum. You can even go straight back to work after the procedure if you wish.

Is it safe?

Yes. All these treatments are undertaken by our fully trained cosmetic doctors. Botox has an excellent safety record and is used in much higher doses to treat certain medical conditions without there being any significant side effects.

What happens after the treatment?

Botox takes 3-10 days before results become visible. The results will typically last for 3 months but could be longer. We offer a 2-week free follow-up appointment so our doctor can check that optimum results have been reached.

Things to avoid after your treatment

Please avoid exercise and remain in an upright position 4 hours after treatment. Also, avoid massaging/putting pressure on the area for the first few days.
